Dornych Reborn

The area of Dornych has served as Brno’s commercial centre for almost 40 years. The first shopping mall called Prior (currently Tesco) opened in 1984 and ever since then, the area has been viewed as a key destination for shopping in Brno. The Dornych project will revive the area and re-establish Dornych’s position as a go-to shopping hub both locally as well as cross-regionally.

Plaza

Welcome to the new social hub of Brno. Dornych’s centre piece is formed by a vibrant plaza pulsating with life and fresh energy. A place where you can sit down to have lunch with your colleagues, hang out with your friends, window shop or simple pass the time. Dornych is there to entertain you, at all times.

Shopping

Dornych’s signature feature is without a doubt the striking semi-open roof inspired by Brno’s neo-gothic architecture. Impressive in design and highly functional, it represents a unique take on all year round shopping. Dornych’s three shopping floors contain everything you could possibly need or desire. You can browse the shops for hours whilst enjoying the special and dynamic atmosphere the semi-open roof creates as the seasons pass by.

Food & Beverage

Dornych offers an unparalled range of interesting food and beverage concepts. From breakfast to brunch to fine dining, Dornych will have it all. You can pop in to one of the bars for after work drinks, grab a quick snack on your way to a meeting or enjoy a great family dinner there. A bit of everything, all year round from day till night. That’s Dornych.
